Big Hands Helping Little Hearts Foundation is a Nonprofit Organization. We are dedicated to offering support and guidance to troubled and at-risk teenage boys and girls in urban communities throughout Jackson, TN. One of our missions is to provide them with the hope they need to help them succeed and never give up.

We provide personalized counseling sessions to help teenagers work through their challenges and develop coping mechanisms.
Support Groups
Our support groups offer a safe space for teenagers to share their experiences and receive encouragement from others.
Mentoring Programme
We pair teenagers with mentors who provide guidance and positive role modeling.
